What’s the Shiatsu?


a  therapeutic art of Japanese origin, is based on the energy balance of the body and mind. We use mainly the pressure of thumbs, elbows, hands, knees on the lines of energy throughout the body.  Basically done and to promote fluid movement of life energy (Ki) to enhance the capacity of self-healing. A Shiatsu session (45-60min) takes place on a futon (or mat) on the floor, and the person is dressed in comfortable clothes.
